NORYL GTX™ Resin 944 (Europe) by SABIC is a non-reinforced heat stabilized, impact modified alloy of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polyamide (nylon). It provides high heat & impact resistance, improved processbility, mold release and chemical resistance. It offers good stiffness, low creep sensitivity & warpage and hydrolytic stability. It is processed by injection molding. It is recommended for firefighter helmet applications, ophthalmics, electronics & electrical components and infrastructure. NORYL GTX™ Resin 944 (Europe) is used in building & construction, defense, industrial and consumer applications. It is suitable for automotive & mass transportation such as specialty vehicles and heavy truck.
