NORYL GTX™ Resin 974 (Europe) by SABIC is a conductive, impact modified, heat stabilized, carbon black filled polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polyamide (nylon) alloy. It exhibits chemical resistance, good stiffness, high impact resistance and strength. It possesses low creep sensitivity, warpage and good hydrolytic stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is optimized to allow for in- and on-line primer-less electrostatic painting. NORYL GTX™ Resin 974 (Europe) is an excellent candidate for automotive exterior painted applications such as fenders and body panels. It is used in structural applications, home appliances and consumer goods.
