NORYL™ Resin CN5258 (Asia)

NORYL™ Resin CN5258 (Asia) by SABIC is a 25% glass fiber and 15% mica reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS). It is a non-chlorinated, non-brominated, halogen-free flame retarded alloy. It exhibits mold release, low creep sensitivity, hydrolytic stability, low warpage and good stiffness. It provides high modulus, good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption and high rigidity. It is processed by injection molding. It is recommended for structural, electronics like printer chassis applications and electrical devices and displays. NORYL™ Resin CN5258 (Asia) complies with UL 94 V-1, 5VB flame rating.
