SABIC® EPS 652

SABIC® EPS 652 by SABIC is an expandable polystyrene standard grade supplied in free-flowing beads containing pentane (CFC free) as a foaming agent. It is manufactured by the suspension polymerization of styrene monomer. The polymerization is generally carried out in a batch process and is suitable for processing by pre-expansion, maturation and molding. Applications include building and roof insulation, fast cycle medium density shape and block molding applications with good surface finish. SABIC® EPS 652 is a food contact approved grade.
