SABIC® PVC 741E

SABIC® PVC 741E is an emulsion Polyvinyl chloride (EPVC) homopolymer grade with fine particles and high molecular weight. It is made by emulsion polymerization. Offers long shelf life, low viscosity aging, low plastisol viscosity, easy gelation, high filler tolerance, no tendency towards settling out, low percent of oversized particles, good drum gelling, shows good thermal stability with a range of standard stabilizers and exhibits high abrasion resistance. Is suitable for processing by rotational-, slush molding and dipping. It is ideal for compact, clear thin coating and also for chemically blown spread coatings with low palsticizer content. Applications include conveyer bells, tarpaulins, raincoats, swimming pool liners, tablecloths, wall covering, top coats, handbags, luggage, vinyl-backed carpets, cushioned vinyl floor coverings and foamed wall covering.
