ULTEM™ resin 1010TC

ULTEM™ resin 1010TC by SABIC is an inherently flame retardant, general purpose, amorphous, high heat resistant, unreinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin. It offers improved flow, very good chemical resistance and excellent mechanical, electrical & dimensional properties up to high temperatures. Exhibits controlled light transmission levels (different colors for different transmission %). Provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, attenuation control, infrared transparence, low smoke & toxicity, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength. It is suitable for processing by injection, compression molding and film extrusion. ULTEM™ resin 1010TC is recommended for electrical devices & displays, electronic material handling, electrical components & infrastructure and industrial applications. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-0 & 5VA flame ratings.
