ULTEM™ resin 2100 (Asia)

ULTEM™ resin 2100 (Asia) by SABIC is an amorphous, general-purpose polyetherimide (PEI) reinforced with 10% glass fiber. Offers good chemical resistance and high heat resistance. It is a standard flow, flame retardant grade with low toxicity and smoke evolution.

• Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity and low shrinkage.
• Exhibits good mechanicals in broad temperature range, good metal adhesion and dimensional stability.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
• Recommended for rigid packaging, mass transportation (aircraft interiors, heavy truck, bus, specialty vehicles, servomotor), industrial, electrical components, electronics material handling, building & construction, hydrocarbon & wind energy and consumer applications.
• It is also used in defense, automotive interior & under the hood, sports & leisure, semiconductors, home & commercial appliance, lawn and landscape.
• ULTEM™ resin 2100 (Asia) is UL 94 V-0 and 94 5VA flame rated.
• Complies with ECO regulations and meets NSF 51 listing and WRAS certification.
