ULTEM™ resin 2110R (Asia)

ULTEM™ resin 2110R (Asia) by SABIC is an amorphous, flame retardant, general purpose polyetherimide (PEI) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits good flow, internal mold release, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage and good metal adhesion. It offers excellent dimensional- & hydrolytic stability, high stiffness, strength and easy processability along with low toxicity and smoke characteristics. Provides high heat- & chemical resistance and mechanical properties in broad temperatures ranges. Recommended for aircraft interiors, defense, semiconductors, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, personal accessory, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, electronic material handling, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, composite, automotive under the hood and electronic material. ULTEM™ resin 2110R (Asia) is also used in commercial appliance, recreational vehicle, mass transportation, industrial, automotive, electrical & electronics, consumer, hydrocarbon and energy. It complies with UL 94 V-0 & 5VA flame rating and is ECO conforming.
