ULTEM™ resin 2400 (Asia)

ULTEM™ resin 2400 (Asia) by SABIC is an amorphous, general purpose, high heat & chemical resistant, flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) resin reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It provides standard flow, good dimensional stability and good mechanicals in broad temperature range. Offers high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, low smoke & toxicity, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion and high strength. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ULTEM™ resin 2400 (Asia) is designed for rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, building & construction, specialty vehicles, rail and wind energy. It is also used in sport/leisure, personal accessory, textile, bus, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, electronic material handling, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, composite, automotive under the hood, electronic material, commercial appliance, recreational vehicle, mass transportation, industrial, automotive, electronics, consumer, hydrocarbon and energy. It complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating and ECO regulations. It is WRAS certified.
