ULTEM™ resin AR9110 (Americas)

ULTEM™ resin AR9110 (Americas) by SABIC is amorphous, PFAS-free, flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) filled with 10% glass fiber. Offers enhanced flow with low toxicity, smoke and flame evolution. It possesses good dimensional stability, low creep sensitivity and low shrinkage.

It provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance and good mechanicals in broad temperature range.
It exhibits good metal adhesion, high strength and high heat resistance.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
Recommended for aircraft interiors, defense, additive manufacturing, mass transportation including rail and industrial applications.
ULTEM™ resin AR9110 (Americas) is ECO conforming and meets FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65.
