ULTEM™ Resin AR9200

ULTEM™ Resin AR9200 is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) grade filled with 20% glass fiber. Is a standard flow grade with low toxicity, smoke and flame evolution. Provides long-term heat resistance and stability of physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures with high stiffness and strength up to 200 °C. Offers high dimensional stability, broad chemical resistance and easy processability. Retains strength and resists stress cracking when exposed to automotive, aircraft and hydrolytic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids and weak aqueous solutions. Is processed by injection molding. Used for aerospace and transportation applications. Is ECO conforming and meets FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65.
