ULTEM™ resin AUT200 (Americas)

ULTEM™ resin AUT200 (Americas) is a high-flow, transparent polyether imide (PEI) grade by SABIC. Exhibits very low outgassing and plate-out. It offers low toxicity, smoke and flame evolution. Provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance, good mechanicals in broad temperature range. Exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength and high heat resistance. ULTEM™ resin AUT200 (Americas) is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for automotive exteriors and lighting applications where highly metallized, reflective surfaces is required. ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.
