ULTEM™ resin AUT230 (Americas)

ULTEM™ resin AUT230 (Americas) is a flame retardant, amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) grade by SABIC. Exhibits chemical resistance, low outgassing & plate-out. It offers low smoke & toxicity, good mechanicals in broad temperature range and low creep sensitivity. Provides high strength, stiffness, high heat resistance, low shrinkage and good dimensional stability. ULTEM™ resin AUT230 (Americas) is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive exteriors and lighting applications where highly metallized, reflective surfaces are required.
