ULTEM™ resin HU1110 (Americas)

ULTEM™ resin HU1110 (Americas) by SABIC is an unreinforced, enhanced flow, high stiffness polyetherimide grade. It is biocompatible (ISO 10993 or USP Class VI) and healthcare management of change applies. It is steam-, gamma-, EtO- and E-beam sterilizable. It offers good mechanical properties in broad temperature range. It exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength and high heat resistance. It provides hydrolytic stability, good dimensional stability, chemical resistance, low smoke and toxicity. ULTEM™ resin HU1110 (Americas) ?is suitable for pharmaceutical, surgical, ophthalmics, personal accessory, respiratory & sleep therapy, personal recreation, healthcare, patient testing, fluid & blood handling, medical facility infrastructure and consumer applications. It is processed by injection molding. The grade is food contact compliant.
