ULTEM™ resin HU2100 (Europe) by SABIC is 10% glass fiber-filled, standard flow, high stiffness, amorphous, flame-retarded polyetherimide grade. It is steam-, gamma-, EtO-, and e-Beam sterilizable. It shows hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance, low Smoke and toxicity and good mechanical properties in broad temperature range. It exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength, high heat resistance and good dimensional stability. It is designed for medical devices and pharmaceutical applications. ULTEM™ resin HU2100 (Europe) is biocompatible (ISO 10993 or USP Class VI), US FDA & European Food Contact approved.
