ULTEM™ Resin JD7201

ULTEM™ Resin JD7201 is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) grade. Offers excellent dimensional stability and easy processability with low toxicity and smoke evolution. Provides long-term heat resistance and stability of physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures with high stiffness and excellent strength up to 200 °C. Retains strength and resists stress cracking when exposed to automotive, aircraft and hydrolytic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids and weak aqueous solutions. Is suitable for processing by injection molding.
