ULTEM™ resin PW2400 (Europe)

ULTEM™ resin PW2400 (Europe) by SABIC is a flame retardant, improved flow, 40% glass fiber reinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin. Offers high glass transition temperature upto 217°C and is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possesses high stiffness, hydrolytic stability and high strength. Exhibits good dimensional stability and mechanical properties at high temperatures and under wet conditions. Shows low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage and good metal adhesion. Provides very good hydrolytic & chemical resistance and high heat resistance. It is food contact acceptable and complies with FDA and European food contact regulations. ULTEM™ resin PW2400 (Europe) is designed for buildings & construction and is certified with KTW, WRAS, ACS, NSF-61 and W270 for potable water applications.
