PEXIDAN® SX739

PEXIDAN® SX739 by SACO AEI Polymers is a chemically crosslinkable, silane grafted high-density polyethylene (HDPE) compound curable by exposure to moist conditions. It exhibits high output processing, good flow, high rigidity, excellent notched impact strength and elevated temperature. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. The graft component SX739 is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM488/6 generally in the ratio 95:5. The two component system has a high degree of crosslinking which gives it a useful strength at temperatures not usually reached by HDPE. PEXIDAN® SX739 has a shelf life of 6 months.
