SELVOL™ E 523S by Sekisui Specialty Chemical is an off-white tinted, low viscosity, partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH or PVA) grade offered in the form of granules. Excellent light stability and water solubility are both displayed by it. It is advised for use in gypsum boards, building adhesives, and mortars in the construction sector. AICS (Australia), CEPA DSL (Canada), TSCA (United States), MITI (Japan), AUSTRIA, CHINA, PHILIPPINES, and SOUTH KOREA are among the jurisdictions where it is registered. For use in food contact applications, SELVOL™ E 523S complies with a number of FDA and BfR requirements.
