ECOTEK® SPL-EXP-07/27Q XL

SPL-EXP-07/27Q XL is a zero halogen, low smoke, crosslinkable, flame retardant polymer. It is silane grafted, oil resistant and moisture curable by addition of a catalyst masterbatch. It is a colorable compound with PE based masterbatch. Consists of special polymers, inorganic filler and other additives. It shows good processing and physical properties. It has good electrical properties and high thermal stress resistance. Also offers good abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical properties and long-term reliability. Cross linking is activated by heat and moisture after extrusion. Recommended for sheathing applications. Cables manufactured with SPL-EXP-07/27Q XL according to standard technology meet IEC 60092-359 SHF2, EN 50363-6, EM 8 EN 50363-5, EI 8; IS 6380, SE3; BS 7655 LRS1 SW3 and VDE 0207 HM1 industrial cable specifications.
