ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-3400

ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-3400 by Shakun Polymers is a non-halogen, low-smoke flame retardant compound based on polyolefin. It consists of special thermoplastic polymers, inorganic filler and other additives.

It shows good processing and physical properties.
Also offers good abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, long-term reliability & UV stability as well as excellent flame retardancy.
It is a colorable compound with PE/EVA based masterbatch.
Processed by extrusion using low C/R screw rather than regular polyethylene screw.
Recommended for sheathing / jacketing applications at high extrusion speed.
Cables manufactured with ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-3400 according to standard technology meet the following industrial cable specifications like EN:50363-7:2005 Type TI 6 and TI 7, IEC 332-1 / IEC 332-2.
It is compliant with RoHS.
