MicroFLON® 1433FG by Shamrock Technologies is a micronized virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. It enhances wear resistance and stick-slip response. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. It reduces noise and friction. Designed for food processing, machine parts and medical devices. Suitable for use as a processing aid. Recommended dosage level of MicroFLON® 1433FG ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. Meets with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550.
