Haton® hMR61

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Sichuan Deyang
Haton® hMR61 is a polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) grade by Sichuan Deyang, reinforced with mineral and glass fiber. Exhibits high rigidity, long-working thermal stability, outstanding mechanic performance, surface hardness and fatigue durability. Shows low melting viscosity, fine melting flow ability, tactility, prominent electric performance and perfect dimensional stability. Allows low molding shrinkage, low absorption and small coefficient of linear thermal expansion, even at high temperature, moisture or frequency. Provides excellent heat-, creep-, corrosion-, irradiation-, elongation-, shock-, bending- abrasion- and chemical (inorganic acid, alkali and salt) resistance. Possesses adhesive ability and has high adhesive strength to glass, aluminium and stainless steel. Haton® hMR61 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in electrical, electronics, machinery, automobile, home appliances, military, industrial filer fabric, films and coating applications. Complies with UL E236625 and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
