POLYKING® HTPA HT-30G

POLYKING® HTPA HT-30G by Sinoplast is a high temperature polyamide (HTPA) grade reinforced by 30% glass fiber. Exhibits high strength, high rigidity, high dimensional stability, low water absorption and good chemical resistance even at a high temperature. Possible applications include electronics & electrical appliance such as metric adjustment screws, bearing bracket, switch shell, transformer case, coil bobbin, functional components, circuit, connector & carbon brush holder, automotive field sucha as auto electrical motor, end cover, ABS sensor, generator cooling system bearing, ABS/TSC/ESP axis, clutch auxiliary oil cylinder, butterfly valve, EGR valve shell, throttle housing, head lamp, fog light shell, bulb socket, wiper blade, intake manifold, heat exchanging machine bottom cover & auxiliary heater insulation material and mechanical engineering such as kitchen knife, coffee machine steam jet, conduit socket, water treatment device functional components, kitchen tap shell, shower nozzle handle and water meter shell fixing ring applications. POLYKING® HTPA HT-30G meets UL 94 HB flame rating.
