POLYKING® PPS 211-GR50

POLYKING® PPS 211-GR50 by Sinoplast is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Offers excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, good electrical property, strong resistance to chemical corrosion and excellent resistance to stress cracking. Also offers low mold shrinkage, low water absorption, intrinsic fire proofing, high humidity environment, excellent electrical insulation and excellent dimensional stability. Possible applications include industrial & electrical appliances such as gas stove or microwave oven components, radio recorder control device and other components, out shell & components of electricity fan, pump, valve, seal gasket, water meter & pressure sensor flow meter and automotive fields such as fuel & ignition system components, temperature sensor, vaporizer, water tank, water room, auto lamp, seat, lamp reflector & brake valve applications. POLYKING® PPS 211-GR50 meets UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
