Amodel® AE R1-133

Amodel® AE R1-133 by Syensqo is a non-corrosive, heat stabilized, partially bio-based long-chain PPA grade with the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) and the lowest global warming potential (GWP). It is an electro-friendly product designed for surface-mounted data connectors that can be reflow soldered without blistering. It is the perfect material for electrical components such as connectors used for surface mount technology (SMT). Exhibits a low level of water absorption, superior dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, high elongation and chemical resistance. Amodel® AE R1-133 improves smooth surface finish, colorability, component reliability and lifetime. It has high impact resistance and the weld-line strength of the material which helps in decreasing the wall thickness of connectors, saving up to 50% in footprint on the printed board and giving more space for other electronic devices.
