Amodel® BIOS HFFR R1-133 NT by Syensqo is a flame resistant, partially bio-based long chain polyphthalamide (PPA). It is produced with 100% renewable electricity, minimizing its global warming potential (GWP) well below the level of other bio-based PPA. It is designed for injection molding applications. It offers dimensional stability and improved impact properties. It provides low moisture absorption, high elongation, weld line strength and chemical resistance. Exhibits smooth surface finish and colorability. It is an ideal candidate for non-blistering reflow soldered surface mount devices (SMD). Amodel® BIOS HFFR R1-133 NT is used in automotive industries, e-mobility electrical and electronic applications like connectors, circuit breakers, switches and fluid connectors.
