Amodel® HFFR R1-133

Amodel® HFFR R1-133 by Syensqo is a halogen-free, flame-retardant polyphthalamide (PPA) grade. It shows excellent dimensional stability and highly compact systems using miniaturized components. It has uncontrolled thermal excursion and minimizes the risk of electronic corrosion. It is suitable for reflow soldering processes. It exhibits low moisture absorption, high elongation, weld line strength, excellent dimensional stability and chemical resistance. It also enhances the smooth surface finish and colorability. It is a bio-sourced long-chain PPA made from non-food competing biomass and produced using 100% renewable electricity. Amodel® HFFR R1-133 has the lowest global warming potential (GWP) of all PPA resins. It is used in e-motor, power electronics and the gearbox into one single consolidated electric drive system.
