AvaSpire® AV-621 NT

AvaSpire® AV-621 NT is an unreinforced, beige colored, flame retardant polyaryletherketones (PAEK) grade. Is suitable for processing by compression molding, injection blow molding, machining, thermoforming and profile-, fiber (spinning)-, film-, wire & cable- and blow molding extrusion. Offers good chemical resistance, high heat resistance, good ductility, fatigue resistance, good dimensional stability, excellent colorability, good impact resistance and good part aesthetics. Shows better ductility, low melt flow and higher HDT than comparable PEEK grades. Exhibits 20% higher tensile elongation at yield and twice the tensile elongation at break value when compared to PEEK grades. AvaSpire® AV-621 is easily fabricated using conventional thermoplastic melt processing techniques and standard equipment. Used in healthcare/medical applications, transportation, semiconductor, electronics, bearings, bushings, connectors, oil and gas industry and chemical processing. Complies with RoHS.
