AvaSpire® AV-722 CF30

AvaSpire® AV-722 CF30 is a black colored, flame retardant, polyaryletherketones (PAEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, profile extrusion and machining. Exhibits better chemical resistance than PEEK grades, fatigue resistance, long term thermal oxidative stability, good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, good friction and wear properties, high stiffness and high strength. The melt processing behavior of AV-722 CF30 is similar to that of 30% CF reinforced PEEK. Used in healthcare/medical applications, automotive, gears, transportation, electronics, oil and gas industry and chemical processing.
