KetaSpire® KT-810 FP

KetaSpire® KT-810 FP by Solvay is a radiotranslucent, ultra-high molecular weight, polyether ether ketone (PEEK) grade. Possesses flame retardance, exceptional retention to mechanical properties upto 240°C, ease of melt processing and high purity. Offers mechanical toughness, ductility, good dimensional stability and good sterilizability. It is sterilized by autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, radiation and steam. Shows resistance to wear, fatigue, good impact, high heat, gamma radiation, steam and chemicals like organics, acids & bases. KetaSpire® KT-810 FP is suitable for processing by thermoforming, compression molding of machine parts and stock shapes. Used in aircraft, automotive, connectors, dental, electrical/ electronic, film, gears, hospital goods, housing, industrial, medical devices, pump parts, seals, surgical instruments, tubing, healthcare, oil and gas applications. Complies with RoHS, MIL P-46183, ISO 10993 and ISO 10993-Part 1 agency ratings.
