KetaSpire® KT-820 SL30

KetaSpire® KT-820 SL30 by Solvay is polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade formulated with a ternary anti-friction & anti-wear additive system comprised of carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE. Exhibits best-in-class fatigue resistance, flame retardance, ease of melt processing, high purity, excellent chemical resistance to organics, acids & bases, good dimensional stability and high heat resistance. Designed to provide a balance of excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and low coefficient of friction in both dry and external lubrication. It is processed using injection molding, machining and profile extrusion. Suitable for transportation, electronics, oil & gas, aircraft applications, bearings, bushings, films, gears, rods, tubings, sheets and industrial applications. KetaSpire® KT-820 SL30 complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
