KetaSpire® KT-880

KetaSpire® KT-880 by Syensqo is a flame retardant, biocompatible, high flow, unreinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Exhibits excellent wear resistance, ductility and fatigue resistance. It is sterilizable by steam, radiation, heat, autoclave, E-beam and ethylene oxide methods. Exhibits good chemical resistance, good dimensional stability, good impact resistance, high heat resistance, radiation (gamma) resistance, radiotranslucence and steam resistance. It can be processed by injection molding, machining, extrusion blow molding, wire & cables extrusion or profile extrusion, fiber spinning, film extrusion and thermoforming. KetaSpire® KT-880 is suitable for medical/ healthcare, connectors, dental, film, transportation, electronics, aircraft, pump parts, oil/gas, seals and other industrial applications. It complies with RoHS and is listed in ISO 10993, MIL P-46183 Type 1, NSF STD-51 and USP Class VI agency ratings.
