KetaSpire® KT-880 CF40 by Syensqo is a high flow, low viscosity, radiotranslucent, polyether ether ketone (PEEK) grade. It is reinforced with 40% chopped carbon fiber which provides high strength and stiffness properties. Shows resistance to harsh chemical environment, high heat (long & short term), radiation (gamma), fatigue and steam. Offers maximum mechanical properties, low specific gravity, flame retardance, good dimensional stability and good sterilizability. It is sterilized by autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, radiation and steam. KetaSpire® KT-880 CF40 is suitable for processing by injection molding, profile extrusion and machining. Used in semiconductor fabrication, aircraft, automotive, connectors, dental, electrical/ electronic, film, hospital goods, industrial, medical devices, pump parts, seals, surgical instruments, chemical processing, healthcare, transportation, oil and gas applications.
