Omnix® 4050

Omnix® 4050 by Solvay is a paintable, high performance polyamide (PA) grade reinforced with 50 % glass fiber. Exhibits good dimensional stability, good impact resistance, fast molding cycle, excellent mechanical properties, and excellent surface appearance even after moisture absorption. Offers high flow, high stiffness, high strength and hot-water moldability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and water-heated mold injection molding. Omnix® 4050 is suitable for replacing die-cast metal in a variety of mechanical applications and components used in automotive, consumer goods, electrical & electronics applications and construction applications. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
