TECHNYL® REDx by DOMO Chemicals is a high heat performance polyamide 6.6 (PA 6.6) grade. Provides long-term thermal stability, superior processability and excellent surface aspect. Possesses patented self-strengthening technology boosting material performance at elevated temperature, superior long-term heat ageing at 220°C and optimized molding costs. Shows unchanged elongation at break (220°C) and >50% improved performances on modulus & strength (at 220°C). Offers metal replacement capabilities, offering fire, thermal and chemical protection, help the automotive industry to continuously reduce vehicle’s ecological footprint and CO2 emissions. Designed for injection molding applications. TECHNYL® REDx is recommended for thermal management systems in automotive industry.
