Torlon® 4203L-HF

Torlon® 4203L-HF by Syensqo is a high flow, unreinforced, pigmented grade of polyamide-imide (PAI) resin. Is lubricated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).
  • It is suitable for processing by profile extrusion, injection molding and machining.
  • It has the highest strength and stiffness of any thermoplastic up to 275°C.
  • It exhibits good chemical-, good wear-, good creep-, acid-, fatigue-, high heat- and high impact resistance.
  • It shows ductility, good electrical properties, high temperature strength and low temperature toughness.
  • Torlon® 4203L-HF is used in electrical applications like connectors, switches and relays, thrust washers, spline liners, valve seats, bushings, bearings, wear rings, films, cams, aircraft- automotive-, electronic-, oil & gas- and machine applications.
  • It complies with RoHS and meets ASTM D4000 PAl000 R03 A56316 GA140 Z1Z2Z3Z4Z5Z6, Dwg YC3P-7E195-AA and CHRYSLER MS-DB405 CPN3373 automotive specifications.
