Torlon® 4203L-LF

Torlon® 4203L-LF by Syensqo is a low flow, unreinforced, pigmented grade of polyamide-imide (PAI) resin. Is lubricated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Is suitable for processing by profile extrusion, injection molding and machining. It has the highest strength and stiffness of any thermoplastic up to 275°C. Exhibits good chemical-, good wear-, good creep-, acid-, fatigue-, high heat- and high impact resistance. Shows ductility, good electrical properties, high temperature strength and low temperature toughness. Used in electrical applications like connectors, switches and relays, thrust washers, spline liners, valve seats, bushings, bearings, wear rings, films, cams, aircraft- automotive-, electronic-, oil & gas- and machine applications. Torlon® 4203L-LF complies with RoHS and meets ASTM D4000 PAl000 R03 A56316 GA140 Z1Z2Z3Z4Z5Z6, Dwg YC3P-7E195-AA and CHRYSLER MS-DB405 CPN3373 automotive specifications.
