Torlon® 4301-HQ

Torlon® 4301-HQ by Syensqo is a higher flow, flame retardant, self-lubricating, semi-conductive polyamide-imide (PAI) grade. Contains polytetrafluoroethylene and graphite lubricant as additives. Exhibits good chemical resistance, good creep resistance and good wear resistance. Offers high heat resistance, low friction and high temperature strength. Also offers high stiffness and high tensile modulus. Is suitable for processing by profile extrusion. It is recommended for aerospace & aircraft, industrial, oil & gas, automotive and transmission applications such as thrust washers, spline liners, valve seats, bushings, bearings, wear rings, cams, gears, industrial parts, machine & mechanical parts, metal replacement, rollers, sealing devices and seals. Torlon® 4301-HQ complies with RoHS and BOSCH N28 BN05-OX2 N28 BN05-OX2 & BN0512-CDSX-0Cgr01SO automotive specifications.
