Veradel® 3400

Veradel® 3400 by Syensqo is a transparent, medium molecular weight, flame retardant, general purpose polyethersulfones (PESU) grade. Possesses excellent toughness and high melt flow. Provides good adhesion, toughness, thermal stability, medium rigidity, medium flow, high tensile strength and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, hydrolysis, creep and high heat resistance. Offers high deflection temperature and resistance to steam & boiling water. Designed for easy molding of parts with thin walls or long flow lengths. Is suitable for processing by compounding and injection molding. Recommended for appliances & appliance components, automotive electronics, batteries, business equipment and microwave cookware. Can also be used in electrical/ electronic, industrial and food service applications. Veradel® 3400 complies with RoHS, UL 94 V0 flame rating and FDA for food contact applications. Meets with the requirements of NSF 51 (tested at 82°C, commercial hot). Is formerly marketed as Gafone™ PESU.
