Xencor™ PA66 LGF-1030 HI by Solvay is a high impact, 30% long glass fiber reinforced, easy-flowing polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. Exhibits high strength, stiffness and rigidity. Offers impact strength at high temperatures, excellent creep and fatigue resistance. Possesses isotropic mechanical properties, reduced isotropic shrinkage, high shear strength, high burst pressure and an excellent surface finish. Provides electrical insulation, low CLTE, low warpage and hot water moldability. Shows extremely high mechanical and thermal properties in combination with ease of processing and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding. Xencor™ PA66 LGF-1030 HI is recommended for aircraft applications, automotive instrument panel and gears.
