Styropek® P 540H

Styropek® P 540H by Styropek is a 100% recyclable expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade. Offers excellent surface finish and smooth appearance. Contains medium pentane content as an expanding agent and do not contain chlorofluorocarbons and hydrofluorocarbons compounds. Compatible with many anti-static additives, mineral oil, color additives and other additives added during processing. Available as faint specific odored, white colored spherical beads and is insoluble in water. Styropek® P 540H by Styropek is suitable for processing by foaming. Recommended for shape molding applications of narrow wall (wall thickness > 3 mm) and can also be used in a wide variety of applications including protective packaging, food boxes, fish boxes, ice boxes and seedling trays. Styropek® P 540H complies with ICC-ES, FM, GREENGUARD, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) and FDA 21CFR 177.1640 regulations.
