ASACLEAN™ E

ASACLEAN™ E by Asahi Kasei Asaclean Americas is styrenic-based purging compound especially designed for residue-sensitive or low-temperature resins. It is suitable for injection molding and profile, sheet & cast film extrusion. Insoluble in water while soluble in methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, etc. (except inorganic content). It leaves very little residue behind while facilitating color and material changes. Ideal for residue-sensitive applications due to its low-residue formulation and shutdown & sealing applications to ensure fast and clean machine start-ups. Makes an excellent companion to any other ASACLEAN “scrubbing grades” to ensure maximum cleaning with minimum residue. ASACLEAN™ E complies with TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act).
