ASACLEAN™ EX by Asahi Kasei Asaclean Americas is a glass filled, styrenic-based cleaning purging compound. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion machines.

It is designed for compounding, profile, sheet and cast film extrusion.
Offers high detergency and is insoluble in water while soluble in methyl ethyl ketone and cyclohexanone.
Provides excellent scrubbing of carbon and color deposits and is recommended to leave less purging compound residue behind.
Used for a wide range of commodity, engineering and super-engineering resins.
It is ideal for resins requiring maximum deposit removal.
ASACLEAN™ EX is also used for preventing machine overhauls and facilitating screw-pulls.
Complies with TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act).
