ASACLEAN™ SX

ASACLEAN™ SX by Asahi Kasei Asaclean Americas is a high-temperature purging compound for thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion machines. Insoluble in water while soluble in methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, etc. (except inorganic content). Designed to maintain thermal stability at high processing temperatures while facilitating material and color changes. Uniquely suitable for purging super-engineering resins above 300°C such as PPS (polyphenylene sulphide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), LCP and ultem. ASACLEAN™ SX complies with TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act).
