Synthos EPS® RF33W-n

Synthos EPS® RF33W-n by Synthos Group is a free flowing, flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade containing reduced pentane content as the expansion agent. Exhibits medium to high density, short cycle time, good processability, good surface finish and offers more controllable pre-expansion and shorter silo maturing times and is adapted to batch expanders. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. It is recommended for shape & block molding, high quality blocks for making insulation and construction products such as sandwich panels and contour moldings with a wall thickness >10mm like molded building elements. Synthos EPS® RF33W-n complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102, Part 1, B1.
