Nylon 618

Nylon 618 is a nylon based polymer grade by Taulman 3D. Exhibits excellent surface texture, very good use of taps for threads and excellent acid based dye uptake. Provides consistent viscosity, slip, high strength and very good living hinge property. It does not emit any fumes for printing. Forced air is used as CNC coolant. Nylon 618 is used in 3D printing, 3D forging, printed prosthesis and robotic assemblies. Complies with UL 94 HB and V2 flame rating.
