Electrafil® ABS CF40

Electrafil® ABS CF40 is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade reinforced with 40 % carbon fiber. Exhibits electromagnetic (EMI) radiation shielding, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, electrical conductivity, good chemical resistance, excellent toughness, and low wear. Can be processed using injection molding. Possible automotive, electrical & electronic applications include instrument panel bezels, fuel filter housings in automotive products, business machine covers, electrical & electronic housings, disc drive covers, packaging & shipping containers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components, HVAC components, seals, bearings, internal gears, pulleys, connectors, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, and EMI/RFI shielding components.
