Electrafil® PA6 CF30 TL10

Electrafil® PA6 CF30 TL10 is a black colored, conductive polyamide 6 (PA6) resin reinforced with 30% carbon fiber and lubricated with 10% PTFE. Exhibits good chemical resistance & excellent toughness. It can be processed by injection molding. Can be used in manufacturing of automotive parts like panel bezels, fuel filter housings, business machine covers, disc drive covers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components and HVAC components. Possible electric and electronic applications also include internal gears, pulleys, connectors, housings, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components and EMI/RFI shielding components. Is also suitable for seals, bearings, packaging and shipping containers.
