Plaslube® J-50/10/TF/15 NAT

Plaslube® J-50/10/TF/15 NAT by Techmer PM is an internally lubricated polycarbonate grade. It improves wear resistance by lowering coefficient of friction on the surface of molded parts. This results in extended life expectancy, lower power requirements, and reduced noise. Also eliminates the need for external lubricants on parts that may be difficult to access for routine maintenance. Exhibits reduced slip-stick, enhanced abrasive wear properties, low thermal expansion, good fatigue endurance, high creep resistance & load bearing capacity, and excellent impact strength & dimensional stability. Plaslube® J-50/10/TF/15 NAT can be used individually or synergistically. Commonly used in automotive, electrical and consumer durable applications. This includes door-lock mechanisms and seat adjustment assemblies in cars, as well as gears, bushings, and bearings for consumer durable and electronic products.
